PetFest Auction Information

Bidding to start on Friday June 16 at 8:00 am and will end on Friday, June 23 at 10:00 pm.
PetFest is an annual tradition and the largest fundraiser for Friends of the Shelter, https://www.friendsoftheshelterky.org/Events. We are giving people who cannot attend PetFest in person a chance to bid on a number of items. It is not practical for us to include everything in our live auction.
These items are ONLINE only, some have Buy It Now. Unsold items will transition to the live event on Sunday, June 25. You will be sent an email if you won the item. The winner has 48 hours to respond/pay. If we do not hear back, the next highest bidder will be contacted.
Each person who places a bid will receive 1 door prize entry at PetFest. You do not need to be present to win.

ACCOUNT
You must register with the auction site in order to bid. You can review the items before registering. You will receive emails when you submit a bid, when you are outbid, and if you win. Check your spam or junk folder if you are not getting emails or add 32auctions.com to your address book.
BIDDING
There are two types of bids:
A proxy bid allows you to enter the maximum amount you're willing to spend with the goal of winning the item at the lowest possible price. The system will bid for you, up to your maximum proxy bid amount, as additional bids are entered on the item. Your maximum proxy bid amount is never exposed to anyone other than you during the online auction. The administrator will bid for you at the live event - again up to your proxy amount.
An exact bid is the amount you want the item's current selling price to immediately jump to. Your bid amount will not change as additional bids are entered on the item.
If you're unable to enter a bid at all, the auction hasn't started yet. Verify the dates of your auction by checking the main auction page. Double check the start date/time (including AM/PM) as well as the selected time zone.
PAYMENT
The winning bidder will receive a notification and a link for payment. You should receive notification by Saturday June 24. If not, contact [email protected]. You can pay with major credit cards or PayPal. You also have the option of paying by check or cash in person if picking up an item. If you are going to pay by cash or check, select return to Auction instead of going to a payment method. If shipping is requested, your item will not be shipped until payment is received.
SHIPPING
Pick up is recommended if you are local. If you let us know by Saturday afternoon you can pick it up at PetFest on Sunday. Other pickup dates in Burlington KY will be the following week. Dates and times will be available in June on this page or on Facebook.
Shipping can be arranged for some items as indicated in the description. Shipping and packaging costs vary per item. Alcohol CANNOT be shipped. We do not guarantee items in shipping. If you want insurance for things sent by US mail, select USPS Priority which includes tracking and insurance.
