Spring Online Auction Information

The PetFest Silent Auction is being split from PetFest (September 15) and moved to an online event in Spring. The proceeds fund our spay/neuter assistance program throughout the year. The auction site is available for viewing of items now and will be updated frequently.
Bidding will start on Sunday, April 21 at 8:00 am EDT and will end on Monday, April 29 at 11 am EDT.
Share the link with your family and friends. The auction is open to everyone, not just local residents, although some items may have restrictions as to where they can be used. The item description will contain the limitations.
This auction is made possible through the generosity of Sponsors, Companies and members that donate these items. Please keep them in mind when looking for products and services. And thank you for supporting us with your bids.

ACCOUNT
You must register with the auction site in order to bid. You can review the items without registering. You will receive emails when you submit a bid, when you are outbid, and if you win. Check your spam or junk folder if you are not getting emails or add 32auctions.com to your address book.
BIDDING
There are three types of bids:
A proxy bid allows you to enter the maximum amount you're willing to spend with the goal of winning the item at the lowest possible price. The system will bid for you, up to your maximum proxy bid amount, as additional bids are entered on the item. Your maximum proxy bid amount is never exposed to anyone other than you during the online auction.
An exact bid is the amount you want the item's current selling price to immediately jump to. Your bid amount will not change as additional bids are entered on the item.
Buy It Now prices are item value plus our auction fees. Note: we have an entry for each shelter so you can donate to them through us. These Buy It Now bids (donations) will be sent to each shelter at the end of the auction.
If you're unable to enter a bid at all, the auction hasn't started yet. Verify the dates of your auction by checking the main auction page. Double check the start date/time (including AM/PM) as well as the selected time zone.
PAYMENT
The winning bidder will receive a notification and a link for payment. You can pay with major credit cards or PayPal. You also have the option of paying by check or cash in person if picking up an item. If you are going to pay by cash or check, select return to Auction instead of going to a payment method. If shipping is requested, your item will not be shipped until payment is received. Be sure to check with us for actual shipping costs prior to paying, [email protected]
SHIPPING
Each item description will list the type of delivery available. When you win an auction, please select the method for your item when checking out. We do not guarantee items in shipping. If you want insurance for things sent by USPS please let us know.
Email - some items are e-tickets or certificates
Pick Up - We will have some set times/days for pickup in Burlington. Other arrangements can be made.
US Mail - Your item can be mailed in a first class envelope
Package - The item is bulky and if you want shipping you will pay the actual charges
Alcohol CANNOT be shipped. We do not guarantee items in shipping. If you want insurance for things sent by US mail please let us know.
