Applications must be received no later than June 9 to be included in the Event Program. However, we can accept them as late as June 14 without the listing.

You are responsible for bringing your own table, tent, chairs, etc. FOTS does not supply anything other than space. There are VERY limited locations with electric. Requests will be handled in the order by which they are received.

FORM DISCLOSURE AND SUBMISSION

Please Read the Following Carefully. After submitting this form, you will be redirected to a page to pay your Rental amount due.

The Friends of the Shelter Committee reserves the right to exclude any vendor who does not adhere to the PetFest Rules and Regulations, or which the Committee finds inappropriate to the spirit of the Fest.

If you apply online you will receive confirmation of receipt. Mail in forms may be delayed and confirmation will be sent if time permits. You may confirm receipt by contacting: [email protected]

You will receive your space placement from the Friends of the Shelter Committee member at the event on June 25th, after 9:30am. Event officially starts at 11:00 am and ends at 3:00 pm.

ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS PRESENTED BY THE FRIENDS OF THE SHELTER COMMITTEE WILL RESULT IN CLOSURE OF YOUR BOOTH.

Boone Woods is located in Burlington off Burlington Pike, on Veterans Way, in back of the YMCA and Huntington Bank. Event will be held in the back of the park at Shelter #3. There will be signs to lead you to where the event will be held. You may drive to your booth space to unload. Parking is limited so you will be asked to park in an adjacent lot.
